TOWARDS THE GRIEVANCES OF DR JTOs/SDEs

Dear friends,

This association has been quiet since long time and motivated its members towards work and business in the larger interest of the department, considering that our CGM, Bihar understand the issues raised by this association from time to time. Even the CGM, Bihar gave the assurance at different occasions to look into the issues and its timely settlement for better satisfaction among the DR fraternity of JTOs/SDEs. But it’s highly unfortunate that the person holding such a high office is not finding him proficient of providing justice to the deprived & sufferer. We are regularly raking up the issues of:

• EPF Anomaly
• Intra Circle Request Transfers
• Inter Circle Request Transfer
• Timely implementation of Financial Up-Gradation
• Timely Promotion against the vacant post in the cadre of SDEs/DEs
• Online update of APAR/HRMS/REQUEST CASES/STAY PARTICULARS
• Check of wasteful expenditure.

It is highly disgusting that when big tycoons PSUs promoting their young energetic officers at highest level by giving them a job satisfaction, the BSNL management is in deep slumber to address their basic rights/grievances. We feel that BSNL management only hears the voices which come with a loud thump and not the requests made with folded hands. So, we are giving another chance to the management to let us give a serious thought over the issues and resolve them in a time frame manner instead of pushing us on a path of confrontation…….
